Launched in 1994, Ag Art Wear challenges designers to create a piece of agricultural art for the body derived from rural material. From fencing wire to fur, tyres to ear tags, almost anything found on the farm can be transformed into magnificent attire. Not just an aspect of Fieldays, Ag Art Wear is a prestigious nationwide competition that offers designers the opportunity for publicity and experience. The contest provides a platform for new designers to launch their career, and enables established artists to challenge traditional garment design and materials. Ag Art Wear is an exquisite cat walk showcase and a 'must see' attraction at Fieldays. With nationwide media attention and an audience of over 4,000 visitors through the show during Fieldays, its a fashion spectacle not to be missed.
